Regulations
Good to know before you ask
Placing fill in waters of the United States, including many wetlands, can require a Section 404 permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and states and localities often have their own wetland rules. A delineation, based on soils, vegetation and hydrology, locates the boundary on the ground.
Some field indicators are only reliable in certain seasons: plan the delineation early. We do not perform delineations ourselves and do not show prices.
